20.1 grams                  Ratio Keto Friendly Dairy Snack – Vanilla (Snack Size)
12.3 grams                  Musselman’s Unsweetened Applesauce (jar)
0.3 grams                    Spices, Pumpkin Pie Spice

 

1.   The following ratio Dairy Snack (snack size) flavors are interchangeable: Coconut, Black Cherry, Mixed Berry, Blueberry, Peach, Vanilla, Strawberry
2.   Weigh separately to a tenth of a gram: heavy cream, ratio Dairy Snack, applesauce, and pumpkin pie spice.
3.   Yogurt Bowl: whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4.   Fold the whipped cream into the ratio Dairy Snack to create the base.
