PURPOSE OF COURSE:
Students will demonstrate competence in the concepts of use of nutrients to treat and prevent disease. These will include understanding of Precision Ketogenic Therapy, advantages and limitations of current nutrient databases, and translational science in theory as well as practice.
Research Skills and Critical Thinking: Students will hone skills of data collection, data wrangling, database creation, database utilization to meet specific patient needs, and creation of potential research projects using the data collected.
