1.  Food as medicine

Hello and welcome! This is the first video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. In this video we discuss food being used as medicine. We cover medication versus food therapy, the basic composition of food, and the definition of PKT.

2.  Precision Ketogenic Therapy
This is the second video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video aims to describe PKT in more detail. We cover goals of PKT, what a ketogenic ratio is, and how food composition plays a role in this ratio.
3.  Typical Diet vs. PKT
This is the third video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video will clarify major differences between a typical American diet and the PKT diet. Changes about both food and metabolic processes of the body are addressed.
4.  UF PKT Program
This is the fourth video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video goes through the process of initiating you or your child onto PKT. The information in this video is specific to the University of Florida Precision Ketogenic Therapy program. A PKT interest visit, pre-initiation, initiation, and clinic visits are discussed and explained.
5.  Meal Making for Oral Fed Patients
This is the fifth video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video discusses the process of meal making. This video lists supplies necessary for PKT, teaches new skills about creating orally fed meals, and educates on supplements. This video is specific to orally fed patients. If you/your child are strictly G-tube fed, skip to video 6. If you/your child use a combination of oral/G-tube feeding, skip to video 7.
6.  Meal Making for G-tube fed Patients
This is the sixth video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video discusses the process of meal making. This video lists supplies necessary for PKT, teaches new skills about creating G-tube fed meals, and educates on supplements.
7 Meal Making for Oral and G-tube Patients
This is the seventh video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video discusses the process of meal making. Meals are the medication of PKT, so this information is crucial to the success of PKT! This video lists supplies necessary for PKT, teaches new skills about combination (oral and G-tube) fed meals, and educates on supplements. This video is specific to patients fed both orally and through G-tube. If you/your child eat orally, return to video 5. If you/your child strictly use a G-tube, return to video 6.
8.  Record Keeping
This is the eighth video in a series about Precision Ketogenic Therapy, or PKT. This video discusses the process of record keeping. Records help us track PKT progress and allow us to constantly improve the treatment. This video explains how to keep seizure, supplement, daily intake, specific gravity/ketone, and medication records.
