Food Science and Human Nutrition Department
Undergraduate students in the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department are in pre-professional tracks preparing them for admission into professional schools in the healthcare fields.  Graduate students, including the Masters in Dietetics students, can do both translational science research and clinical care research in our program.

Projects include:
– Systematic reviews of the literature
– Metabolomic studies of patient samples
– Microbiomic studies of patient Samples
– Medical nutritional assessments and therapy of patients
