HIV Education Tools
We try to help our patients lead a healthier lifestyle by helping them with their diet and exercise routines. We have different education tools tailored for each of our patients, depending upon their age.

Book Downloads
Baby Books: Birth - 18+ months
Buddy Books: 3 - 11 years old
Teen Information Packets: 12+ years

Baby Books
The Baby Books include information on material any parent or guardian would want to know while raising a baby. There are five baby books, broken up by age. The material in each book ranges from many feeding/food safety tips to proper bathing procedures. It also includes information explaining the normal reflexes/motor skills the child will develop at each stage during his/her infancy and other important information that the parent or guardian should know. Because the infants we see during clinic have been exposed to HIV through his/her mother, the baby books do not contain any information on breast-feeding. Transmission of HIV is possible through breast-feeding.
